Thank you for your interest in joining our first ever Filipino night market by Mama Guava!

We’re excited to bring this concept to Oahu - a night of good food, music, line dancing, and drinks!

We will be selecting up to 40 vendors. 

Vendors may begin setting up from 2 p.m. All vendors must be ready before 4:15 p.m.

Event Location: Pearlridge Center Sears Parking Lot along Kam Hwy

Vendor Spaces: 10x10 Vendor booths and 12x20 truck spots are available.

Vendor fee: $200 per day - partial proceeds will be donated to a local food sustainability focused charity 

We accept checks, Venmo, credit card payments, or cash. Credit card payments will have an additional 3.5% processing fee. Full payment is due by Nov 04. Checks may be made out to Mama Guava Ltd.

Upon approval, we will provide you with a contract and designated event space. You will need to return the Signed Contract, Certificate of Insurance, and Payment within 1 month of the event date to secure your space.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vendors must have a Filipino inspired item

• Vendors will be required to bring their own equipment - including tents, generators, lighting, etc.

• Vendors will be required to produce a certificate of insurance listing Mama Guava Ltd. as additionally insured  (***NEED TO GET INSURANCE MINIMUMS***)

• Vendors must be in compliance with Hawaii Department of Health permitting and operating requirements

• Vendors must provide any additional ice, electric, or gas/propane needs

• Vendors must provide tent, tables, and chairs for their tent area

• Vendors must bring their own physical branding such as banners and a-frame signs, menus, etc.
